1st Story

In the middle of autumn

“The sky is full to the brim with autumn as the season makes its way across it”

The great start of our story and welcome tea of the day.

Serves straight tea chosen by the tea master based on the weather and time of the day.

2nd Story

Traditional Wedding - Pyebaek

*Pyebaek: Pyebaek is a traditional part of Korean wedding ceremony performed to give blessings from the elders.

“Memory for a star / love for another”

HOT ONLY / Velvet Gold Round, Night Lullaby / Medium Caffeine

Altdif’s signature style cream milk tea made with ‘Night Lullaby’

(Herbal infusion with honeybush, cinnamon, rose petals, and rosemary) 

and ‘Velvet Gold Round’ (Black tea blended with rich assam, cacao and chocolate & marron flavor) 

topped with seasonal cream made of dried jujube, which is a traditional fruit used for ‘Pyebaek.’ 

3rd Story

the Four Gracious Plants - Chrysanthemum

“Stars that engraved themselves in my heart one by one”

ICE ONLY / VEGAN / Space Odditea / Caffeine-free

Choose either a non-alcohol or an alcohol version.

Purple colored, flowery and fruity ‘Space Odditea’ (Herbal infusion with chamomile and blue mallow) 

turned into a glass of refreshing tea ade with marigold and rhubarb.

* Enjoy this refreshing tea ade as a tea cocktail version

with vodka and Korean traditional honey liquor. (ABV: approx. 6%)*

4th Story

Autumn harvest

① Picking acorns

ICE ONLY / VEGAN

Body and Soul, Old Black Magic / Medium Caffeine

Reinterpreted altdif style bubble milk tea using acorn jello; 

reminiscent of picking acorns, one of the most important activities in autumn. 

Choose either a clean vegan type with rice milk or creamy type with regular milk.

② Seeding red beans

HOT ONLY

Milky Afterimage / Low Caffeine

A cup of warm tea that has smooth and milky aftertaste applying ‘Galsu’ and ‘Suksu’ style 

which are two Korean traditional methods to make beverages. 

Handmade red bean stock, bean paste, and ‘Milky Afterimage’, 

oolong tea blend with silky milk flavor, harmonized in a cup of warm tea.

For seasonal tea food, vegan cashew cream canape will be served with main tea.

5th Story

Saekdong and Dancheong

*Saekdong: Saekdong means colorful stripes, usually found in hanbok sleeves, a traditional clothing.

*Dancheong: :Dancheong refers to Korean traditional decorative coloring on wooden buildings and artifacts.

Before Sunset, Matcha / Medium-High Caffeine

Vegan Matcha milk tea with refreshing fruity taste that 

expresses a Korean traditional architectural element, Dancheong, 

which contains blue, red, and green color.
